How much text - 100k or 899 GB?
a) open the file which contains the text
b) select its complete content using CTRL+A
c) press CTRL+C to copy the selcted content to the clipboard
d) place cursor/caret in the text box
e) press CTRL+V to copy the content from the clipboard to the text box
