Payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Order Notes

Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with Transaction and Order Reference numbers.

We will not be held responsible for pricing errors due to software malfunctions, or human error. This website operates on an 'invitation to treat' basis and not as an 'offer for sale' and as a result MJT Net Ltd reserves the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases.

Delivery

All software orders are delivered by Electronic Software Download (ESD). On receipt of your payment you will receive an email containing login details in order to retrieve your download.

Credit Card Security

At checkout, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 256-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details.

Software License

Macro Scheduler is licensed, not sold. Your license confers no title to the intellectual property in Macro Scheduler, and is not a sale of any rights in Macro Scheduler.

The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

License Grant

MJT Net Ltd grants you a non-exclusive license to use Macro Scheduler in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

You may install and use one copy of the software on a single computer. You may not network the software or otherwise use it on more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, or lend the software
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Distribute the software without proper licensing

Support and Maintenance

Technical support is provided for licensed users during the maintenance period included with your purchase. Support is provided via email and our online knowledge base.

Maintenance includes software updates, bug fixes, and technical support. Extended maintenance may be purchased separately.

Warranty Disclaimer

The software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. MJT Net Ltd disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MJT Net Ltd be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
