Macro Scheduler Message Mouse Resize Failing

Macro Scheduler 15 can no longer resize a Macro Scheduler Message box using the mouse. (v15.0.11)

I noticed this quite a while ago but I've been working from home for the last five months and for some reason thought it was a Remote Desktop, slow connection thing. Hard to grab the border when you don't see the cursor change for 10 seconds. But two weeks ago I was able to update my internet speed from 10Mb to 100Mb. Now its like I'm sitting in the office. This morning I noticed I could not resize a Macro Scheduler Message. Then tested on a computer using Macro Scheduler 14 and had no trouble resizing the message box.

Somewhere along the way it's become non-resizable. This is now fixed in dev.
