not able to click on 'New Andy' - why is this happenning?

Is your mouse broken?

Not enough information to make a wild ass guess. What does your script look like. What kind of app is Andy VM Launcher? Running in a browser? An Executable? Running in Remote Desktop? Trying to run with your screensaver on? What version of Macro Scheduler are you running?

I'm running the latest MS, i'm just doing Lclick... my pointer is correct, it just can't click on certain applications in windows...

I had to let MS run as Administrator then mouse clicking works

In that case the app you are trying to click on must also be running as admin. See:
