Add a button

Post by benplace » Mon Jun 22, 2015 6:19 pm

I am really new to macro scheduler scripting, although I have written scripts in lots of languages.
I have a line as follows: Input>PatientDOBInput,Patient Date of Birth (year-month-day)?,
This works fine but I would much rather users get prompted and have the option of clicking a calendar and selecting the DOB that way.
I found an old thread on this, and it lists a script you can use if you add a button, but I have no idea how to add a button to an input that would let them run the date picker script.
Any help with this for a beginner?
