Opposite of IECreate?

Post by fightcancer » Fri Mar 01, 2013 12:55 am

How do I close the instances of IE that I create with IECreate? I thought there was a simple command without having to use CloseWindow. Thanks!

IEQuit still works, but it is no longer in the documentation for version 14 and the syntax highlighting doesn't work for it.

The command works though....

Hi djs,

Well... it never was in the documentation for Macro Scheduler itself... just WebRecorder... but its safe to say that since *all* WebRecorder functions (as far as I know) have been added to MS 14, IEQuit should probably have been added to the MS 14 Help File... Is that right Marcus?

If so, good catch djs and thanks for posting!

Correct, for instance, IECreate is in Macro Scheduler help now (under web recorder). IEQuit, well, the documentation person saw that and thought it was quitting time :)

Same with the syntax highlighting and the little help prompts in the status line for IEQuit.

...and online Help as well... I am sure it will all be sorted very soon.

Thanks again for posting as every improvement, no matter how small, helps us all! :D
