Hey guys I was wondering if someone can create a small exe file for me. I need to see if it will handle my project. Please make it turn the scroll lock on then off once every 10 minutes and run indefinately once started (also run hidden in task bar)
Email it to [email protected]
Thanks! this seems like a great program

Hello the311guy2.....
Quite an unusual request. You are asking for someone to create a complete program for you. Most users are willing to help to some extent, but I think you are usually expected to make an honest effort on your end also. (Maybe I'm just too tired tonight
)
How about this?
Why don't you create and debug and provide the Macro Scheduler script that works for you, and then perhaps someone will offer to compile it for you. You will get more out of the program by learnig to create the scripts yourself.
Maybe provide a specific example of where you are having trouble?
The routine you want is possible, and not too complex. This will also require your own scheduler unless you use Macro Scheduler to run the compiled version. Be advised that any ScrollLock keystrokes while this is running continuously will change the status of the SCROLL state immediately, independent of the macro, keyboard will not be locked. So, do you want it to change status every 10 minutes from the current state, or change to a particular state every 10 minutes? Also realize CPU usage will be impacted (don't know how much) if this running continuously.
I have to wonder if this is just some type of test, I am curious about its application. Can you explain the practicality and usage of such a routine?
