I used to use MS with WoW and everything works fine, but in AION nothing works. The keys seem to get ignored. I tried to make a simple movement macro that would just move my toon (WASD or jump with SPACE) every few mins so as to avoid going AFK and being dc'd but the macro is ignored completely.
Anyone else had this problem with AION?

I managed to solve my problem (although not with MS).
By using another program similar to MS, I found that the *secret* seems to be the requirement for a delay between the down stroke and up stroke of the relevant keys. In this other prog, i use the "sleep 1" command after the keypress command. Perhaps a similar approach will work with MS - I have not had a chance to test it.
This method may also work with other games/apps that appear to misbehave.
