I see the icon in the taskbar but it wont open in Windows 7

I just installed this on Windows 7 and I see the icon in the taskbar but when i double click or chooe right mouse click and select the program, it wont start. Please give me some guidance on this issue.

When Macro Scheduler starts it puts an icon in the system tray. In Windows 7 you just need to single click this icon to view the interface. Alternatively you can right click and select "Show".
