Its been a while since I bought mine but I think that you get an email with a url and a password. The password gets you to a page that has the "code" and a download link. That's how it works now when there is an update and I think that's how it works for a first time purchaser also.

From what I remember you will receive an email with instruction on how and where to download the registered copy from within minutes after submitting your payment. Make sure you submit a valid email address and make sure there are no typos in it

Correct. You will receive an email containing a link and password you can use to log in and retrieve your software and license code. In the case of a credit card purchase this is sent as soon as the transaction is authorized - usually immediately.

Yes, for instance if your friend has a Yahoo email account, get them to look in their "Spam" folder... maybe the email went into there...

Have your friend call/email customer services with his order reference number and we'll resend his welcome email and provide his login details. Contact details are at http://www.mjtnet.com/contact.htm
