Exporting your macros / Backing them up

Post by Dman » Tue Jun 10, 2008 6:44 am

I've had a look through the help file and run a search but couldnt spot anything

I'm wondering where the macros you create yourself (not the samples) are stored?

Also, how can I effectively backup my macros, as I dont want to lose days of work constructing them!

I've been copy pasting into text files, which was fine until I had about 6 or 7 complex macros..

By default macros will be stored in My Documents\Macro Scheduler. They are just .scp files. But you can define where you want them stored in the macro group settings. Right click on a macro group and select Group Properties. You'll see the path where they are stored.
