We recently upgraded to the above registered version and all has worked fine until we attempt to compile an existing script. The resulting error message referred to an incomplete installation of the application.
Reading another post on the subject, the recommendation was to install the trial compiler add-in, however while this works, it adds a nag message when the compiled script is called.
Please advise as to the best course of action.

Installing the trial compiler will of course give you a trial version.
What you need to do is reinstall the full version. The error message you refer to means the installation was not successful.
I'm assuming you are licensed for the Pro version. If so, please try downloading again and reinstalling. Before doing so make sure Macro Scheduler is not running. If you continue to have problems call/email me.
