Global Hotkey Assignment

How could we find out all global hotkey assignments on Windows XP other than the ones assigned by Macro Scheduler?

Hi Snickers,
That isn't exactly not what I want.
Before asigning a hotkey to a Macro Scheduler script, there's no way there's a global hotkey conflict already assigned by 3rd party software (such as ATI) other than Windows.
It's my understanding that these hotkeys could be stored in Desktop, INI and Windows registry. The question is how to detect these hotkeys.
