Pausing Script

Post by adivarup » Wed Mar 22, 2006 11:12 pm

While looking around, i figured out the answer to my question regarding pausing the script using the WaitKeyDown> key.
Is this the best way to pause the script in order to enter information that must be entered by hand?

You can also use MessageModal> which will stop script execution until OK is pressed.

MessageModal>Press OK to resume Execution

then the system will show you the line of text entered along with an OK button. this way you don't have to avoid any key on the keyboard.
