Attempting to use WebRecorder (demo version) and after recording, I get an error stating that "this is an un-registered version of IEAuto.dll" then the script won't run.....

How do I register the dll?

That's not an error! You're using the evaluation (unregistered) version right? That's a reminder that it is unregistered. You will get that every time you load the DLL.

What happens after you OK the message? Which version of Macro Scheduler are you running?

Well I'd need to see the script. Can you please email the script and details of the page you are automating to support. Also make sure you have the latest version of WebRecorder - 1.64.
