selective url rejection until reboot

I am runnin THE LATEST 14.2.07e macros scheduler and i'm frustrated with this strange behaviour where it fails to launch a valid url from ie until a reboot. What makes this weird is the fact that all other urls like google are working but the specific website I need fails especially after clearing ie history with ccleaner. I am not dumb and I know there is no problem with the domain I need it to visit because it opens fine from other browsers. I have called IECreate>IE[0] only once at the begginning of code. This only stops happening when pc is rebooted and runs fine until history is cleared or at time just fails randomly. Has anyone encountered his nightmare? I was planning to make a full purchase this week as I reckoned I would have fixed the problem but turns out its a big waste of time and I am considering reverting to imacros

Thanks Marcus for your prompt reply. The url is very generic and much as I want to, i may not be in a position to disclose it as it contains priveledged company files, but as a web programmer I know for sure it has nothing to do with the website. As I clearly mentioned before it does run on any other browser but on an ie instance launched from Msched it just wont open the url until reboot. The problems appears to be triggered by clearing ie history from ccleaner and.. (HERE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART)... some cache of that url remaining in either mscheduler or ie. Im just not sure why thats the case, but running the same code with a different url eg google, it just runs fine. I find this very weird. Im using ie11 and ive noticed when i manually open the ie and try to visit the same link it won't load unless i ran ie inprivate mode or restart pc. Ive tried vbscript, same behaviour, is there an alternative way to navigate to that url? I was considering to ask assistance for a means/macro to launch ie11 inprivate mode as a temporary fix, please assist, otherwise msched is a great all in one program including Mysql handling which is why I adviced them to switch from imacros, but now im running out of excuses for a code thats otherwise supposed to work.
