Bug - WaitKeyDown>VK13

When using WaitKeyDown>VK13 to detect when Enter has been pressed, I must hold the enter key down for ~0.5 sec for MS to respond. I have a 2.8 GHz P4 w/1 GB RAM running WinXP SP2

I instantly get a message that enter was pressed.

I have V. 9.054
