Hi,

Thanks that's really handy. Knowing keyboard shortcuts makes macro writing so much easier. In fact so many people use the mouse far more than necessary and don't even know the basic keyboard actions, and that's often why they end up writing rather longwinded and unreliable macros that depend on mouse events when it is possible to avoid mouse events altoegether.

I use the keyboard more than most but still not as much as I could. The mouse is easy and good if you're lazy but more often than not it is the least efficient.

A lot of the shortcuts listed are common Windows shortcuts that work across all applications - like ALT-F4 to close the app - CTRL-F4 to close the current window. These are commonplace.

I was forced to use them when too much mousing caused my wrists and hands to hurt, and they started to improve after day 1 of using shortcuts.
