Have tried all of the posts above and still having errors trying to run any compiled executables that contain any vb code. It occurred to me that the pc in question once had macro scheduler installed on it. Is it possible the uninstall routines could have left anything in the registery that could account for the errors I'm getting?
Would it help if I reinstalled the product and then removed it again? I don't need macro scheduler installed on the pc but do need to run compiled scripts.

VBscript runtimes not properly installed
I searched all of the other posts and everything thus far hasn't fixed by problem. The compiled scipt runs on every pc but one. This one had once had macro scheduler pro installed on it.
I reinstalled the program and then uninstalled it, when asked if I wanted to delete the shared files in the c:\windows\system32 directory I said no.
Compiled macros are now running on this pc without issue.
