Weird error window when running on Windows

After using Macro Scheduler for some time, I get this window (blank window) on Windows that I can't close, it keeps popping up if I try to use the program (screenshot 1). If I quit and restart it, it has black slabs in its interface (screenshot 2). It only resumes to working normally if I go to task manager, terminate the process, and then restart the app.

I'm using Windows 10, remote desktop.
