Automating Outlook can be quite challenging and cumbersome. Luckily, we don't need to. By far the best way of doing this is to automate the incoming email with RetrievePop3.
This will save any attachments wherever you like, and there is a usage example at the URL linked above.

You probably also need to set the PORT number. Maybe this will help:
