I can't seem to remember that the ExtractFileExt> result includes the dot. Its counter intuitive to me. Plus I usually have an extra StringRplace> line to remove the dot. Would it be possible to have an optional format parameter for excluding the dot.
ExtractFileExt>filename,result[,format]
0 - Excludes dot
1 - Includes dot (Default)
ExtractFileExt> sans dot parameter
