Enhancement Request - Selected text tools

It would be helpful to have some tools to deal with selected text.

For instance what is the column/mouse position of beginning of Selected text? What about the ending coordinates? How to copy for processing?

Examples of use:

If text has been selected by system vs. mouse, we cannot copy to clipboard.

When doing find on a Web Page, text is highlighted, but no way to get mouse to that position. Searching for pixels takes too long.

If text has been selected, and mouse has moved, but not clicked, cannot get mouse back to position.

If cursor is at end/beginning of selection, then move mouse to other end/beginning position.

hello, i know that its a little old post, but is there now a simple solution for getting mouse to selected text? (picture recognition takes too much time with multiple searches)
