Macro issue within Dos environment,arrow keys not recognized

I am currently using the newest version of Macro Scheduler in a DOS environment (window within XP). Everything seems to work fine expect when using the arrow keys. Every time I record a macro using the arrow keys it plays back with the letter “Aâ€Â
