Can the Command Locator Window be made re-sizeable?

Often while editing a script in the Macro Scheduler Edit window, I use CTRL-L to popup the Command Locator window. This window is fixed in size so even though I have a large screen with plenty of room for a larger window, I always have to manually drag the scrollbar down to get to the commands at the bottom.

The following enhancements would make this window faster and easier to use:

- make the Command Locator window resizable... if it had the little resize widget in the lower-right corner, folks would instantly know its resizable.

- if a user resizes or moves this window, on close it should save the new window size and coordinates.

- the next time the user hit CTRL-L, it would read the settings and popup the Command Locator Window just as the user likes it.
