[Resolved] Can BugTracker Account Email Address be Updated?

Hi Marcus,

What is the procedure when a user here needs to update their email address on their existing BugTracker account? It can handle a forgotten password but there is no provision for updating one's email (I checked the documentation). I know I could just create a new account but is there a better way? If I PM you my new email, can you update my BugTracker account on your end with an admin tool? Please let me know.

Doesn't seem to be a way to change email address. Just create a new account.

Done, new BugTracker account created.

Please delete my old account if phpBugTracker admin tool gives you an easy way to do that.

If not, no problem, I just won't use the old one anymore.

Just for the record and in case anyone else runs into this...

...Marcus did find a way to change my email related to my BugTracker account so my existing account has now been updated with my new email address and the second account I had created (because it was thought there was no way to update the email), Marcus deleted for me, thanks again Marcus!

If you have a bug or feature request, why not get yourself a BugTracker account and submit your request. If you already have a BugTracker account, have you cast your allotted Votes yet? Vote for the bugs/enhancements you would most like to see worked on. I'm sure Support would appreciate the feedback.
