Message Position Variables added to Ask & Input

Post by BrettHemphill » Thu Sep 28, 2006 2:56 pm

Let>MSG_XPOS=10
Let>MSG_YPOS=10

Wouldn't it be nice if these variables also worked on the other message comands! Like the Ask & Input commands that are listed in the Messages Command Locator.

The prefered approach is to create your own custom Ask/Input dialogs using the custom dialog designer. Then you can set the width, height, and position as you wish.

This is true, and I do enjoy this feature (Dialog) and use it often. Thank you for the recomendation. Allthough, some times, time is limited and it is so much faster to just throw in a predefined command. Allthough the use of my scripts are so regular that they deserve a custom prompt. I will change it, thank you.
