Ctrl-J macro never repeats without releasing Ctrl key

Post by robmccorm » Sun Feb 15, 2004 11:07 pm

Hi:

I have read forum and help, just can't seem to find answer to simple problem..

Macro Hot Key: Ctrl-J

Only does oNE thing

Press Up

It works OK, but I want to HOLD DOWN the Control Key,
ahd keep tapping the "J" key to get more "Press Up"s.

NOw, I have to release Control key, and press J each time I want an up.

Do you see what I mean? Any help would be appreciated

Excuse my curiousity, but:

What is wrong with just pressing the UP arrow?

What is purpose of pressing CTL-J vs. UP?
Hope this was helpful..................good luck,

 Perhaps a Keyboard Mapper is going to be a better solution?

 Try using KDWin_3_01.zip, a free font utility. Available at http://www.troy.am/dictionary/
Hope this was helpful..................good luck,

There are several recommandations in the forum (different areas) on tools which could/should support disabled people. Worth to have a look. Good luck ...
