Lost my list of macros ?

Post by wdc » Wed Jun 23, 2004 12:27 am

When I clicked the MS gearwheel in my system tray I used to see a listing of a dozen or so macros (mostly simple Hotkeys). I recently added another such. Now when I click the gear I get a listing of ! The others do not show. Yet they still work; when I strike a hotkey when in WORD, I get the correct output. Can anyone please tell me what is going on? ... wdc

I am guessing that you are talking about right-clicking on Quick Launch to see the list of macros?

For each group, check the Group Properties and make sure that you have a checkmark to "Add Macros to QuickLaunch"
==================================
If you were talking about double click on icon in systray, check the group that is active in the left side of the Macro Scheduler Control Panel screen. You will only see listed the macros for the selected Group folder. If you have highlighted the folder for All Macros, you should see them all.
Hope this was helpful..................good luck,
Bob

Bob:

Precisely! That was the easiest fix ever. Thanks so much.
