Break points and watch lists

Simple question I hope someone out there has this already posted but could not find it. Looking for a video tut explaining how to use the breakpoints and watch list data using this Application. I'm use to Visual Studio when I set break points I can just hover over the variable etc. and see the data but here I'm not sure how I see the data as I step through it. If anyone can direct me to a video tut demonstrating how these things work that would be great. Thank you in advance.

All variables are shown in the watch list on the left. To find one you can search for it at the top.
