Hi armsys,
Are you talking about the "Import Binary Files" menu item in the Editor?

Yeah, exactly. Like RAIN said, it's a great feature.

It is a great feature but I've never noticed it being slow. It takes more time for me to browse to my file than it takes for the file to import into my script. How large a file are you importing?

It's my die-hard propensity perennially seeking higher speed.
The binaries invovled are of icons under 300K.
Actually it's no big deal. Appreciate your help.
