Can SMTPSendMail send HTML emails?

I have a desire to send html formatted messages and was wondering if it was possible with using SMTPSendMail?

I guess a more 'complete' question would be is there a way to set the email headers?

Not presently with SMTPSendMail. But you can do it with CDO/VBScript:

As of 14.1 SMTPSendMail can now send HTML email:
