Validating Webpage information with csv file data

I have a webpage that contains a boxcar number and I have a csv file that contains boxcar numbers. On the webpage there is the boxcar number and next to the boxcar number is a check box. Using Macro Scheduler I have written all the information except how to match the boxcar number on the webpage with the boxcar number in the csv and if there is a match then check the box on the webpage next to the boxcar number. Can anyone enlighten me on how to do this?
