Mouse Click taking precedence

We are running a script that sends text (sometimes a large amount of text) to a box on the screen. Next command is a mouse click to accept and WaitWindowOpen for the confirmation window. Sometimes, especially with the large amt of text, it only enters part of the text and moves on to the next account. We are wondering if the mouse-click takes precedent and just moves along before the text entry has finished. Thanks.
