Windows XP DoLogon.exe Help

I'm quite new to this program. I've tried reading through a ton of posts here, but I just can't figure out how to use DoLogon.exe to get my Windows XP computer to log on at the beginning of a macro. Can someone provide me with step-by-step instructions on this? That would be greatly appreciated.
