Finally a search term Google does not generate a reply to. After stress testing a script for about 8 hours with a loop that executes every 30 sec, I got the following error, 2 nights in a row:
Error in HSCRYPT96 and then a lot of what seems binary characters (accented , special symbols etc)
I presume it's a Macro Script error. Running a compiled script v12 on win7. What does that mean?
Error in HSCRYPT96 ? Even google gives no search results

Hi,
Please update to 12.0.5. This garbled error message is a result of a bug in an earlier release which was fixed in 12.0.5. Once you've updated, the error message will make more sense.

That last message is completely different - it's produced by IE and nothing to do with Macro Scheduler. And not corrupted.
The first message is an error produced by a compiled script. If you recompile your script using 12.0.5 you will see a more useful error referring to the line that is in error.
So to fix the first issue you reported, update to 12.0.5 and recompile the script. Then run it.
As for the last message you posted. That is an Internet Explorer message and something to do with Ajax. Nothing to do with Macro Scheduler.

Yes, me english is still not very good, i noticed.
I know the op-message is from MS and mine was from ajax.
To clearefy my question;
while i run the MS script, i got the same garbeled output as the original poster got.
A mesage with abort and ok. Not readable.
If i reproduced the action (so i copied the url with post commands from MS in internet explorer) I got this ajax message.
I wanted to let you know, that i use 12.0.5 and also/still get these garbeled outputs like the original poster got.
kind regards,
Djek

Ok, I will say again. This garbled message is a result of a script error in a COMPILED macro, one that was compiled with a version prior to 12.0.5. If you update to 12.0.5 and then RECOMPILE any error message produced will no longer be garbled.
Note, you need to RECOMPILE and run the NEWLY RECOMPILED exe.

Yes, i my case, i was converting 280.000 records in 8 batches, and each batch approx wil take 11 hours.
But i soon discovered that (while the garbled error came up) i had to chunk the batches into 3 hours, and then it went well.
So i was forced to activate 32 batches AFTER each other, and it seems that, if the executable stopped and started, the error kept away.
On Marcus advice , i recompile the script, but i'm now about 99 precent sure, that i allready compiled it with the latest version....
I got the error on 18 juli 2010 9:36
and I updated to 12.05 on 12 juli 12:10 and the script was compiled 15 juli 20:00
Wel ok, i recompile everything, and next time , i try the 11 hour trip, we ll see what happens...
by the way: i noticed a tremendous speed decrease after processing 10.000 records, so I suspected a kind of memory leak.
