Attact to running instance of IE and use webrecorder

Post by SteenJakobsen » Thu May 20, 2010 6:23 pm

Hi,

I'm using WebRecorder and V12 SDK and it works just great.

Is there a way for me to attach to an existing instamnce of IE and use IEAuto.dll on this instance?

I have tried your example in VBScript at it works fine however it
would be so nice to attach to an existing instance and then use your very clever stuff in IEAUTO.DLL :-)

The reson is that I have a program that performa a login on a private page. and then I need another program to loop throug a number of
customers extracting information. and perform various tasks.
I could write the script in MS but the language constructs and so on
needs a lot of functions so i would very much prefer to do the customer looping externaly form MS.

So instad of having to login once for each customer then i would like to attach to the existing session/instance and perform the work.

Any hint on this is (as allways) very appreciated..
Best Regards
