Does anyone know how to change background colors,font colors and sizes and button color in a dialog box

Does anyone know how to change background colors,font colors and sizes and button color in a dialog box

They should be (like all good GUI's) taking those color and font properties from what the user has configured for their system.

Control Panel -> Display,
The "Appearance" tab,
Then select the "Item(s)" that you wish to change, for example: "3D Objects", "Active title bar", etc.
