Getting File Properties

Does any one know of a way to get file properties from a tif image. I am looking to get the page size and resolution? These are displayed when you right click on the file and select file properties, so I was thinking there must be some DLL on the machine that could be accessed with LibFunc that could retireve them.

Found an easy to use utility for getting the properties of images and changing them.
