disabling hourglass but not cursor

Post by MacschedStudent » Fri Oct 12, 2007 6:00 pm

hey guys I'm using Macro Schedule Ver 7.409

Is there a way to disable the hour glass for a compiled stand alone macro so when it is clicked. The pointer remains visible but the hourglass does not show???

What is the script doing? just because a compiled script is running doesn't mean that the cursor should appear as an hourglass. I think it would have more to do with the resources the script is using such that the Operating System displays the hourglass.

JRL - thanks for your quick reply:

I guess I should have explained in detail.
The hourglass only shows for a second. The exe is being called from a stand alone projector flash file. So I'm trying to hide the occurrence of the hour glass when the user clicks on that option.
