is ftpGetDirList format consistent?

Does the format of the file from FTPGETDIRLIST change when the FTP server changes? Specifically the file dates (position, style)?

anybody know?

I just tried it with a filezilla server running on windows and an apache server on linux, and yes, the output is significantly different.
