How to close all taskbar windows

Anyone know the code to close ALL windows (ie: photoshop, IE, Notepad, etc) in the taskbar? And also all pop-up, alert, error ... windows?
I tried with a sequence of ALT+F4 command..but when all windows are closed, another ALT+F4 close the Windows Work Session.

There's probably a more technical approach, but this works:

Label>CloseEm
Press ALT
Press F4
Release ALT
Wait>0.5
IfWindowOpen>Shut Down Windows
  Press Esc
  Goto>AllClosed
Endif
Goto>CloseEm
Label>AllClosed
