HTTP Request... What about HTTPS?

Post by Eric D » Mon Mar 31, 2003 6:27 pm

I have a project where I need to post to an HTTPS page. Is this possible with MSched while maintaining the S connection.

Eric

Thanks

HTTPS from MacroScheduler?

I also have a need for this functionality. It does not work using the HTTPRequest command.

Does anyone have a work around for this? I'm not above calling IE to accomplish this, though it'd be a bit kludgy to have to do so. I would want to be able to close the IE window I'd just opened if I had to do it that way.

Anyone? Or is this functionality somewhere in the works?

Thanks

Hi,

At present HTTPS is not supported. The best workaround is to use IE. Using VBScript this is quite elegant and not too kludgy. Examples at http://www.mjtnet.com/scripts.hts

Excellent! Thanks! That fits the bill perfectly.
