macro 7.1 disabling other application on win 2000

I have a proprietary program communication program running on Win 2000 machine. I have a simple change directory and delete files macro running. Every time the macro runs, macro terminate my program.
Any one seen or know of this bug?

Hi,

Before deducing that this is a bug please post your script here so that we can see what it is doing. It is possible that your script is failing to focus the window you intend to send keystrokes to and could instead be manipulating your communication program causing unexpected results.
