ABC's of ClickTag

I am working on an opportunity to automate (for testing) a website. I am well versed in MS, but not WebRecorder.

I need a quick explanation for things like TD, TR, TBody, etc...
For example, which of these should I extract to then use for ClickTag? I have a TD which contains XXXPortal, I want to click on this value, but I do not fully understand ClickTag.

...and I do read the help files, support forums, et....

I just realized I used the example of XXXportal. This is not a 'XXX' website.

how about NNNNPortal. I am trying different settings for ClickTag with no luck so far.
