Sending email errors

Hello , I am trying to send an email with the script that comes in the download of this software and I am getting this error when I input all the info and press to send the email?

553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

please tell me how I can correct this...

Add your domain to your mail servers list of allowed hosts. Or maybe your mail server requires you to collect email with POP3 before you can send with SMTP. In short this is not an issue with Macro Scheduler but a security feature of your SMTP server.
