System 2 error when running under different user account

I'm trying to run a macros at a set time on a windows xp user account that is open but not in focus.

The macros works fine when I am using that user account. However if I leave and return after the scheduled start time I get the following error:

System Error. Code: 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.

Is it possible to run a macro on one user account while you are in a different user account and if so what do I do?

That depends what the macro is trying to do. If it needs to access windows or simulate keyboard, or mouse activity, then it will fail.
