We have running Macro Scheduler at 10 Servers. On different Operating Systems. Windows 2000 Professional, Windows XP Professional, ..
At 6 Servers we have the following Errormessage on right Click on a Macro or the Tray Icon. Error:
Access violation at address 00499DB0 in module 'msched.exe'. Read of Address 00000004
Version 6.2 runs perfect, but since 7.2 we have this Error and i hope you can help us
Otherwise i will install version 6.2 again.

Hi,
Sounds like the problem occurs when you try to reveal a pop up menu. Does the same thing happen when you right click on a macro group?
Do you have transition effects switched on or off? (Display Properties/Appearance -> Effects).
Do you have the correct and latest drivers for your display adaptor? This is a common cause of problems especially when it comes to drawing menus, icons and windows etc.

Yes... same Error. The only way to restart Macro Scheduler is to kill the process in the ProcessExplorer. On my Troubleshooting i have seen that the Error only appears if i connect to the Servers with our NetOP Remote Control Program. Im a Systemadministrator and we control our Servers about NetOP Remote Control.
I have all new Updates installed... NetOP on V7.5 release with all updates.

What is possible to do now ?
previous Version 6.2 of MacroScheduler runs without problems. What can i do now ?
Thanks for your help.
// Edit:
If the Error appears and i make an doubleclick at any macro on the list the "Macro" window appears and the Error is fixed. Now i can see all menupoints if i rightclick anywhere. But on any connect per NetOP the Error appears again.

Have you contacted NetOp support? Can you replicate the problem outside of NetOp in native Windows?
