converting EXE to scp

I changed my script to an exe then eraced the scp file. now i want to make changes to my script agin how to i change it back to an scp file...

Only three methods that come to mind if you deleted the file:
1. Use File Recovery utility (Recycle bin?) to restore the deleted file.
2. Work from a backup copy of the scp file.
3. Start all over again from the beginning.
