I used the original colors in this Forum topic: DEFFFF converts to 14614527

But was confused about what to do, or what the results would be.

I entered DEFFFF into first field where it said HEX# and clicked on the ENTER on that line. I got a window that said Step 1, and form turned "royal blue".

I then entered 14614527 into the third row for Decimal. Clicked on enter, still had royal blue, but some numbers changed in other fields.

Since I got the same color background both times, it make me suspect you are on the right track. Go for it!
Hope this was helpful..................good luck,
Bob

Hi Bob,
As of the moment, the ONLY routine that will work properly is the third row. For example, you said you entered 14614527 in the 3rd row and clicked "ENTER" in that row. The background changed to that color and the Hex and RGB color numbers changed to the Hex and RGB numbers corresponding to the decimal number.
As I said this program is still in the devolopment phase but the 3rd row routine should work fine.

Okay, it is up and running. It has instructions and is fully functional. It will convert numbers between HEX, RGB and Decimal. Input 1 number - it converts the value to the other 2, the background color changes to that color value and it displays formatted output for easier reading of numbers.
